Refund and Return Policy 

At DScent Aura, we are committed to providing a premium shopping experience with our luxurious fragrances. To maintain the quality and hygiene of our products, please refer to the following policies regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. 

 

RETURN POLICY 

  • As our perfumes are personal care items, used or opened products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. 
  • Our fragrances contain high concentrations of natural ingredients. Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or allergic reactions are not covered under this policy. A patch test is recommended before full use. 
  • In rare cases of product leakage, breakage, or incorrect/missing items, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery. 

 

REFUND POLICY 

  • DScent Aura is not responsible for any damage after delivery of the product. 
  • For any refund-related issues, an unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory. This helps us verify claims for: 
  • Leakage 
  • Breakage 
  • Missing items 
  • Incorrect product received 
  • Tampered or damaged packages must be refused at the time of delivery. Kindly do not accept such packages from the delivery partner. 
  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at +91-78410 80636 or emailing sales@dscentaura.com with the subject line: 
    “Refund For [Your Order ID]” 
    Include necessary images and videos for verification. 
  • If the product is marked delivered but not received, notify our team within 3 days. Claims made after this period will not be entertained. 
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable as they are retained by the logistics partners. 
  • COD order refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 4–7 working days of approval. 
  • Once the refund is approved, it may take up to 15 days for the amount to reflect in your account. 
  • We will share all transaction details and screenshots once the refund has been initiated. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. 
  • A gateway charge of 2.5% will be applicable on prepaid orders during cancellation. 
  • Once approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be credited within 15 days to the original payment source. 
  • If an already shipped prepaid order is returned to us, ₹75 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover logistics costs.

Q1) How long will it take to receive my refund after cancellation or approval? 

  • Refunds to the original payment method will take up to 15 days after approval. 
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 4–7 working days after verification. 
  • DScent Aura will provide transaction IDs and confirmation once the refund is processed. 

Q2) Are used or opened products eligible for refund or return? 

  • No. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used products unless there is leakage, breakage, or a wrong item delivered. 

Q3) I placed an order by mistake. Can I cancel it?
