Q1. How do I place an order on DScent Aura?
You can place an order by browsing our collection at www.dscentaura.com, selecting your desired fragrance, and proceeding to checkout. It’s quick, easy, and secure.
Q2. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:
- UPI / Net Banking
- Credit & Debit Cards
- Wallets (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (available for select pin codes)
Q3. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch by contacting us on +91-78410 80636 or emailing sales@dscentaura.com. Once shipped, modifications aren’t possible.
Q4. What is the delivery time?
We deliver across India within 3 to 7 business days after your order is confirmed.
Q5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can also track your order on our website under “My Orders”.
Q6. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned for global availability!
Q7. Are DScent Aura perfumes long-lasting?
Absolutely! Our perfumes are crafted with high-quality concentrated oils, offering long-lasting fragrance designed to stay with you for hours.
Q8. Are your perfumes suitable for sensitive skin?
Our fragrances are made with premium-grade ingredients. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before full use.
Q9. Can I gift-wrap my order?
Yes! You can request gift wrapping at checkout or contact our team for customized gift solutions.
Q10. Can I return or exchange a perfume?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used/opened products. However, if your order was damaged, leaked, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
Q11. How do I request a refund?
To raise a refund claim, email sales@dscentaura.com with your order ID, images/video proof, and a brief description. Refunds are processed within 7–15 business days upon approval.
Q12. What if my order arrives damaged or leaked?
Please refuse delivery if the package appears tampered. If already received, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We’ll resolve it swiftly.
