- All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Kalyan, Thane – India via trusted courier partners.
- Estimated delivery time across India: 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders will require a signature upon delivery.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure an alternative recipient (such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor) is available to sign for the package.

Post-Delivery Policy
- DScent Aura is not liable for any damage that occurs after successful delivery of the product.
- Any claims for damage or shortages must be reported to our customer care team on the same day of delivery with supporting images or videos.
